Courtney combines her experience in Psychology with a broad understanding of business challenges related to people, processes, and technology.

Dr. Charles "Chuck" Cowart is a licensed Psychologist specializing in organizational development, leadership development, and assessment. Dr. Cowart has served as an adviser and coach to CEO and C-level executives across many organizations, ranging from the Fortune 100 to a variety of closely held, private, and family businesses. He has been actively involved in management consulting for twenty-five years.
Originally, his practice focused on research, program development, program evaluation, and behavioral and cognitive therapy for inpatient and outpatient populations. In the late 1980's, Dr. Cowart shifted his consulting practice to organizational settings and initially worked under the mentorship of Dr. Robert Bleke, among the most preeminent Corporate Psychologists in national practice. For the last twenty-five years, Dr. Cowart has focused on providing services in larger organizational settings and has been a valuable resource to both domestic and global clients. Deeply involved in selection, succession, talent management, problem solving, team functioning, post-merger integration, and leadership development, Dr. Cowart maintains a thriving global consultancy.His personal interests include sport fishing, hi-fi audio, tennis, and BMW motorcycles. Living in the Atlanta metro area, he is married and has one amazing daughter.

Dr. Keith Helton is a specialist in internal medicine and pediatrics. He has extensive experience with all areas of primary care, managed care, hospital administration, and the operation of dedicated employee clinics. Dr. Helton has practiced and served in leadership with Galen Medical Group for 20 years. He has also served as executive vice president of Erlanger Health System, where he was responsible for all aspects of physician employment, contracting, office management, networking and performance. Additionally, he planned and implemented the highly successful faculty and student health clinic at The Baylor School.
He is a graduate of East Ridge High School, the East Tennessee State University School of Medicine, and the pediatric/internal medicine residency program at the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences in Memphis.

Dr. Gordon Kenney is a Licensed Psychologist in Georgia and Tennessee. He joined Drs. Barger and Cowart at BCK Consulting in 1997 soon after receiving his Doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology from The University of Memphis. Dr. Kenney graduated from Georgia State University with a Master's degree in Community Counseling, and from Rhodes College with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. His specialties include pre-employment selection system design and implementation, coaching and development, multi-rater feedback, team and organizational analytics, and leadership research.
David is a board certified internal medicine physician with over 17 years of inpatient hospitalist experience. He currently serves as the chief medical officer for MDP Management and stays engaged doing clinical rotations at our various partner hospitals. David has been instrumental in the expansion of MDP through physician recruitment and engaging community physicians. By increasing communication with the primary care providers in the communities we serve, patients experience true continuity of care and achieve better outcomes. He is an active member of the Society of Hospital Medicine (SHM).
